I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high,and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. (Ephesians 3: 16-19)
After reading it, I felt so....prayed for. So tended to. So lovingly recognized, somehow. Those words....delivered right to my heart's doorstep Saturday night.....spoke directly to my doubts, my fears, and my questions. Unbelievable. I had experienced yet another 'inkling' that ended up leading me to something very rich and very good.
Just wanted y'all to know :)

Hi Kate, the words that leaped out from your post "I felt so prayed for." That's what I needed today. I just couldn't pray for myself but needed prayer so i went and read those verse and felt prayed for too - thank you for sharing.
I also liked your "I want..." post. boy i could relate to so many of them. I'm going to post my own list later this week, after being inspired by you!

What a beautiful testimony to the personal power of God's word speaking to us.
I saw that you are loving Melanie's Marriage Mondays, and I was SO surprised last Monday evening to find it ... since I started one that morning too. :) I wrote about the discovery today and how I think God must be stirring up something neat, when we realize it's stirred up in multiple places in once. Oh sweet Kate, how I love to read of those inkling moments in your life. How God meets you right where you are with just what you need. How much better can it be? It really is amazing how much He loves us with all of our warts and all. I love how you wrote that you received it as feeling so prayed for. Jesus sits at the right hand of God continually interceding for us. Amazing love, how can it be?

Wow, thanks what an awesome post, I've been waking up the past couple of nights at about 3:00 am and staying awake until 5:00 concerned how we are going to pay our bills this month. We are 1600 in the hole and that doesn't include the 1000 insurance bill tab. oh my. Trying to figure out what we are going to do with no health insurance. I needed that reassurance today!!! thanks
